Brooke grew up in South Auckland and studied a LLB and BA (majoring in Classics) at the University of Otago. She was admitted to the bar in 2011.
After graduating Brooke began working in another South Auckland firm as specialist Family lawyer and remained there until 2015. Whilst there, she developed strong working relationships within the South Auckland area, which remain in place now.
In 2015 she moved to the United Kingdom and worked as a Senior Legal Officer for various local authorities, specialising in child protection. She obtained a vast experience dealing with complex matters such as non-accidental injury, domestic violence, neglect and mental health.
Brooke has a friendly approach to clients and is a confident court advocate, having appeared in the District Courts of New Zealand and the Magistrates, County and High Courts of England in numerous contested hearings.

Brooke appreciates that the breakdown of a relationship is a daunting time for those involved and enjoys working with people to obtain the best possible outcome for themselves and their family.
Whilst out of work, Brooke enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying New Zealand’s gorgeous outdoors.
