We have an opportunity for an experienced, Legal Assistant working in our Relationship Property and Family team

You will ideally have:

  • Prior experience supporting a busy litigation team and Legal Aid experience

  • Be confident and articulate in dealing with clients and stakeholders

  • A positive/motivated attitude and the ability to perform efficiently and effectively under pressure

  • A flexible and supportive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

  • Produce highly accurate work in a timely manner

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

 

The role:

  • Diary Management and organisation

  • Preparation and drafting of family law legal documentation

  • Monthly billing

  • Managing administrative aspects of files

  • Be the “go to” person to support the team with all administrative tasks

We have an opportunity for a very experienced, Property and Commercial Legal Assistant working in our Property and Commercial team

The ideal applicant will ideally have:

  • Prior experience supporting a busy property conveyancing and commercial team

  • Be confident and articulate in dealing with clients and stakeholders

  • A positive/motivated attitude and have the ability to perform efficiently and effectively under pressure

  • Competence with Landonline (e-dealing) ADLS Webforms and the Companies Office

  • Prior experience with  property settlements

  • Produce highly accurate work in a timely manner

  • Excellent time management and work autonomously

 

The role:

  • Attend to preparation and drafting of Property and Commercial legal documentation

  • Monthly billing

  • Managing administrative aspects of files

  • Be the “go to” person to support the team with all administrative tasks
